[ It's the one trait that makes him seem like an old person: he likes his hard copies. Or maybe that's just from the paranoia of living in a digital world.

Whatever the case may be, clearly he's used the Murmur enough to hold a crisp image of the hospital's floor plans in his mind for Seishirou to have. Despite the occasional blank spots, where doors or halls had been blocked, it has a thorough accounting of each floor, including labels of what they'd been used for. ]

"For their sake"? Not everyone is driven solely by the desire to spare themselves pain.

Living sucks a lot of the time, but everyone deserves to see there's something worth sticking around, especially if they can't see it on their own. [ This is complicated, with Mal's own suicide still feeling so fresh. With an annoyed weariness: ] Look, I can't say I wouldn't have tried to talk him out of it, because that would be a lie. I would've done it because Subaru should get every chance to find what makes him happy—it seems like he's been searching for that for a long time now.

I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm a disagreeable person. Besides, I can give credit where it's due, even if someone's being an asshole about it.
